Great Canadian Giving Challenge

This June the Guelph Humane Society has the chance to win $20,000 towards emergency medical care and surgeries for vulnerable animals! The Great Canadian Giving Challenge is back and every $1 donated through Canada Helps = 1 chance for GHS to win a $20,000 prize.

We have chosen to raise money for our Duke’s Fund. This fund provides emergency medical care for some of the most vulnerable animals in our community. Imagine how many pets could be saved with an additional $20,000 for emergency surgeries and specialized care!

Duke’s fund is lifesaving to pets like Humphrey.

Humphrey arrived with a severe jaw injury and was desperately in need of help. He was taken immediately to the vet, where he was given pain medication, and radiographs were taken of his skull to assess his injuries. Poor Humphrey’s jaw was fractured, and a tooth was broken. Thanks to generous Duke’s Fund donors, Humphrey had the surgery he needed and is recovering in a loving foster home.

These are unprecedented times but animals in our community are still relying on you. Will you make a gift today to help pets like Humphrey? Please give as generously as you can to help pets who have no one else. The deadline is June 30th. Make your gift today using the below form.
