Wildlife Care Attendant - Summer Position

Under the direction of the Senior Lead Animal Protection Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of day-to-day tasks related to the short-term general/ medical care of injured, sick and orphaned wildlife that are awaiting transport to a licensed wildlife rehabilitator, including humane handling, sanitation, medical treatment and monitoring,  In addition, the candidate will provide advice and support to phone inquiries about wildlife, and will assist with wildlife rescue.  Candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, providing exceptional customer service, having excellent communication and organizational skills, and demonstrating a positive attitude at all times.

Animal Care Attendant - Part-Time (Canine)

Under the direction of the Canine Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of day-to-day tasks related to the general/medical care, humane handling, sanitation, and monitoring of dogs, as well as providing short-term care for injured or orphaned wildlife that are awaiting transport to a licensed wildlife rehabilitator. Candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, providing exceptional customer service, having excellent communication and organizational skills, and demonstrating a positive attitude at all times.
