Animal Care Attendant (Part-Time) - Feline and Small Animals
Under the direction of the Feline Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of day-to-day tasks related to the general/medical care, humane handling, sanitation, and monitoring of cats and small animals, as well as providing short-term care for injured or orphaned wildlife that are awaiting transport to a licensed wildlife rehabilitator. Candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, providing exceptional customer service, having excellent communication and organizational skills, and demonstrating a positive attitude at all times.

Part-Time Client Services Representative
Reporting to the Client Services Coordinator, the Client Services Representative will be an integral part of Guelph Humane Society’s customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of day-to-day front office/reception duties, including answering phones, greeting clients, processing payments and donations, booking appointments, receiving animals and general administrative duties. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, excellent communication and organization skills, and will demonstrate a positive attitude at all times, while supporting the overall mission and values of the humane society.
