Hi, I’m Peru – it’s so nice to meet you!
I’m told I’m adorable, especially when I take my dust bath. I’m also very unique – I only have three legs! That does not stop me from scurrying around my cage like its Machu Picchu, I love exploring. I’ve gained so many new friends at GHS, and I hope to soon have a new family of my very own to explore with.
My new family should know that I can be a bit shy and unsure at first. I will warm up to you quickly, as treats are the way to my heart. I like to even eat them right from your hand!
I would be happiest where I can get lots of pets and eat lots of treats. I am so excited to share some treats with you!
Our animals have waited long enough for a loving family and our team has researched safe ways to do non-contact adoption. Virtual and/or phone adoption meetings will happen by appointment only.
