GHS Launches New Strategic Plan 2024 – 2027

This spring we are excited to share our new four-year strategic plan, “Charting our Future Direction’, which will serve as a roadmap for 2024-2027.

“As chair of the Guelph Humane Society board, I am thrilled to present our new strategic direction which sets forth our commitment to prioritizing animal welfare and engaging with our community,” says Meaghan Middleton, GHS Board Chair. “This plan underscores our dedication to making meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of animals and the communities we serve.

Through the plan, our focus will be on advancing animal welfare through responsive care and community engagement.

Priorities are also focused on driving organizational growth and strength through financial sustainability, promoting a culture that fosters well-being, and inspiring the community through shared values and goals to drive positive change for vulnerable animals.
