Stroll around our outdoor area and visit our GHS Holiday Light installation generously donated by Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control.
Poinsettias & Pick-up and Day of Sales
Thank you everyone who has pre-ordered poinsettias to support the animals in our care. IF you are still looking to be “pawsitively” festive GHS will be selling extra poinsettias at the Holiday Open House while quantities last. Calendars and holiday ornaments will also be available at the event.

The second annual Happy Trails Walk-a-thon is a fun-filled day for the whole community with vendors, contests, food, prizes and more, all starting with a 1km or a 5km route for attendees to choose from. Participants can walk alone, in groups, or teams to raise money to support care, shelter, veterinary and adoption services for vulnerable animals in Guelph and Wellington County. Best of all, participants can sign up and bring their canine companions to walk. The Happy Trails Walk-a-thon aspires to be one of the Guelph Humane Society’s largest fundraising events with a GOAL TO RAISE OVER $35,000! All donations raised for GHS’s Happy Trails Walk-a-thon will go toward GHS’s Greatest Needs fundraising priority.
