What is Bake for the Animals?

Bake for the Animals is a chance for members of the community to show of their baking skills (or attempt to have baking skills) and host a bake sale fundraiser for the GHS! Bakers pick a date, time & location that works for them, and sell their baked goods, with donations going to GHS. This year we are working with the Ottawa Humane Society, who have put together the amazing website where you’ll be launching your virtual bakery!

When is it?

GHS is running this Bake for the Animals for the whole month of February! This allows members of the community the flexibility to pick date(s) & time(s) that work best for you.

How can you get involved?

Start planning your event and thinking of ideas for your delicious treats.

Get your friends, family and colleagues together to join in! Bake as a team, or encourage them to support by purchasing a delicious treat and/or making a donation. Donations can be made online through your virtual bakery, or collected in person by you (offline pledge form can be downloaded HERE). All proceeds go right to our community’s most vulnerable animals in the Guelph and Wellington County.
