GHS’s PAW (pre authorized withdrawal) Program

Why Give Monthly?

If you’re like most people, come December your thinking about which charities you’ll support and how much you’ll give before the end-of-year charitable receipt deadline. But instead of having one more thing to do during the very busy holiday season, and at a time when you’re trying to stretch that dollar, it might be time to consider monthly giving and feel the joy of making a difference year-round.

An easy way to support the Guelph Humane Society is by becoming a monthly donor through our PAW (pre authorized withdrawal) Program. Monthly giving provides a reliable source of funding for GHS and that security allows us to better plan future initiatives – it also helps you budget as well! $20 a month doesn’t feel like much, but it adds up to be a very impactful annual donation and you can always make other donations at any time.

Monthly giving is easy and you don’t have to worry about forgetting to give. Even small donations add up to make a difference and you choose the amount you feel comfortable with and where you want to designate your contributions. You will receive an annual charitable tax receipt at in January each year reflecting your previous year’s monthly donations. As a monthly donor you can feel proud of your loyal commitment to the Guelph Humane Society.

  1. $15 per month ($180 per year) will provide a care package for a cat or dog, including food and daily requirements to keep them happy and healthy!
  2. $25 per month ($300 per year) will provide essential health care for a cat or dog and contributes to their health exam and vaccinations.
  3. $35 per month ($420 per year) will contribute towards a cat or dog spay/neuter surgery to help build a controlled pet population.
  4. $50 per month ($600 per year) will contribute towards advanced healthcare and surgeries that an animal may require to ensure a proper quality of life.
