When Feelie first came to the shelter he was a little uncertain about everything but now this little guy has come out of his shell and he loves to show his playful side! Feelie likes to tell us all about it with his cute talkative meows, and he can’t get enough belly rubs!
Feelie would do best as an only pet as he builds up his confidence and can give all his love to one lucky family!
