Bentley, our handsome and “famous” Great Dane mix pup from the news last year, is now a teenager and is eager to find his loving family!
Bentley has been recovering from a hip injury, and is looking for the perfect family to help him continue his exciting new journey. He doesn’t let that hold him back, as he is full of energy!
Bentley loves puzzle toys and showing how smart he is following commands like “sit”, “down” and “come” when called. He is still learning and sometimes may bark or jump when impatient…what a teenager thing to do! Bentley also prefers people to not be near his stuff, so he needs a patient owner who can use positive training to help him continue to learn to share his toys.
Bentley is a sweet, lovable guy and would likely do well with a larger canine companion – he may be just too overwhelming for cats and other small dogs. This happy boy loves people soooo much that he may bark when he gets too lonely, so a detached home or a home with someone who is frequently with him would be ideal for this affectionate boy. We also recommend a home with older children who can respect Bentley’s space and help him continue to grow!
Bentley has so much potential and a lot of love to give. Do you think you could be the one to finally give this beautiful boy his “happy tail”?
